Scanning - I know how to use a scanner
- In the preview window, select just the photo (no white showing around the photo).
- Choose the color photo setting (even for black and white photos).
- Turn all enhancements off.
- Set resolution quality to high photo quality, 300 or 600 DPI.
- Save the file as a high quality JPEG or TIFF.
Scanning - I'm not too comfortable using a scanner (or don't have a scanner)
If you are unable to obtain a good scan following the above instructions you can take your photo to a copy shop (Kinko's) and have them do it for you. Provide them with the instructions above and ask them to save it on a 3 1/2 floppy disk or CD, in RGB, IBM PC format. Then send the disk or CD to us for restoration. Shipping Info
Photo Restoration by E-mail - fastest turnaround time
- Once we review your photo, we will email you a firm price.
- You will receive a proof of the photo restoration for your review and approval.
- It should only take a day or two to complete the restoration. We accept rush jobs.
- You will receive two copies of the restored photo by email - one high resolution
version for printing, and a low resolution copy for viewing on your computer screen.

I don't want to send my original photo through the mail

- You can receive a photo restoration print up to 13"x19" inches in size.
Prints up to 8x10 will be printed on semi gloss paper unless you make a special request.
Archival quality print prices:
4"x6" = $3.00 each
5"x7" = $5.00 each (printed centered on 8"x10" photo paper)
8"x10" = $6.00 each
Free shipping to the U.S.A. and Canada by regular mail.
You can also order 11”x14”, 11”x17”, or 13”x19” prints (glossy paper only). The first print costs $20.00 which includes the cost of an oversized mailing tube and the extra shipping fees to the U.S.A. and Canada.
Additional prints are $12.00 each
Not recommended for small poor quality photos.
Most old photos print better at 8”x10” or less.
